Deviated septum and its repercussions

Many people complain of nasal deviation pace and problems do not forget that about 80% of people have this deviation. So what are the implications and treatment?

Nasal septum is a wall separating the nose almost equal to two holes. Cartilaginous part consists of a front and a rear part bony padded thin membrane. Since the birth nasal septum in the middle during childhood but he deflects with growth to one of the parties for no apparent reason. In the period of adolescence it is one of the most important causes of exposure to blows on the nose, causing deviation barrier as well as the deviation of the outside view of the nose.

When deviation barrier to one of the two it causes the closure of the airway in that side.
Symptoms and Complications:

Deviated nasal septum cause many complications due to obstruction of the airway and lack of air entry and moisturize the nasal membranes:

- Chronic headache

- Chronic blockage in the nose

- Snoring

- Chronic inflammation of the sinuses

- Frequent infections of the middle ear because of the closure eustachian tube that link between the ear and the nose

- Repeated throat infections

- Deformation of the outer nose and view its deviation towards deviation barrier: Al-Qaeda says "wherever heading nasal septum occurring among Exterior nose is fit Exterior only after amendment barrier"

- Nosebleed nasal membranes due to drought and lack of air moisturizing.

- Stuffy nose from the opposite side of the deflection: corneas because of inflation on the other side because there is a large vacuum in the slot corresponding to the nasal deviation.

Treatment:

The only treatment for deviated septum is the process: but when the process should be made?

Not every human being has a need to modify the deviation as most humans have this deviation.

Nasal septum is modified in the following cases:

1 - difficulty breathing or stuffy nose due to the deviation of the barrier.

2 - distort the view of the nose and the outer deviation because of the barrier, as in the attached picture.

3 - of complications due to deviation: such as chronic sinusitis, chronic headaches and snoring and nasal bleeding and inflammation of repeated ear and others.
